The Classic Insoles work best in shoes with removable shoe insoles (lifestyle sneakers, boots, etc.). Choose your insole size based on your shoe size and width – if you’re between sizes, size up! They work for all arch types and gait patterns.
Fulton insoles offer custom support for a fraction of the price of custom orthotics. Their cork base molds to perfectly support your arch based on the way you walk and the shoes you wear making them a perfect fit for any arch type or gait pattern.
Remove the insoles that came with your shoes and replace them with your Fulton insoles. Keep your Fulton insoles in a single pair of shoes to ensure they effectively mold to those shoes – they should last as long as the shoes do. Avoid excessive exposure to water
Fulton insoles are made by hand in small batches in Porto, Portugal. They are made of entirely natural materials - and are carbon Negative to manufacture.

Will Fulton insoles work for my arch type?
Yes! Fulton insoles work for all arch types. They mold to support the way you walk in the specific pair of shoes you’re wearing. Every body is different, and so is every shoe! After around 10 hours of consistent wear, your Fulton insoles will be customized for your unique arch, providing support that’s tailored just for you
Do I need insoles?
In a word, yes. Most of the shoes we wear don't have proper arch support, resulting in misalignment which causes pain throughout the body. Proper arch support aligns your feet, knees, hips, and back to relieve pain. Everyone can benefit from proper support – both when pain is present, and to prevent future pain.
What is the 90 day comfort guarantee?
You have 90 days to wear your Fulton insoles and experience the benefits of custom molding cork. In that time, if you decide Fulton insoles aren’t right for you, you can return or exchange your worn insoles
How is Fulton different from other insoles?
Fulton insoles combine long-lasting support with natural, sustainable materials. While typical insoles rely on foams and plastics that wear down quickly and don’t really provide arch support, Fulton uses cork that molds to your foot over time, aligning your posture and relieving pain in your feet, knees, and back. All of this at a fraction of the price of custom orthotics.
What size should I order?
We recommend buying the same size insoles as the shoes you’re planning to wear them in. If you’re between full sizes, order a size up! Fulton insoles fit in over 97 % of shoes, but if you have any questions or concerns about what size to order, feel free to reach out to support@walkfulton.com and we can help!
Do I have to trim them?
No! Your Fulton insoles will run true to size, so make sure you order according to the size of the shoe you are planning to wear them in.If you’re between sizes, size up!
How long do they last?
Fulton insoles are durable, and will last about as long as a pair of shoes. We recommend replacing your Fulton insoles when you replace your shoes.
